Co-Founder
Diana DeFrate co-founded Alta Wealth Partners (formerly DeFrate and Paavola) in 2005. Diana, a certified financial planner (CFP®), chartered life underwriter (CLU®), and certified divorce financial analyst (CDFA), comes from a family legacy of wealth managers. Diana is passionate about helping her clients navigate their financial journeys.
Beyond her financial expertise, Diana believes in the importance of giving back to the community. She is actively involved in local charities and initiatives and dedicates time and resources to support financial literacy programs and fundraising.
Before co-founding the firm, Diana spent many years in executive roles in the media industry. A wine enthusiast, Diana is committed to the art and science of viticulture, and she obtained the prestigious WSET Level 4 Diploma in 2016.
